Electronic Reception

An electronic reception has been created for the submission of electronic appeals by citizens, where every citizen can send an inquiry regarding their issues.

According to part 7 of article 6-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On the Procedure for Considering Citizens’ Appeals,» the applicant is required to include their full name, contact phone number (home, mobile, or work), and residential address in their electronic appeal.

In the electronic appeal, the applicant must clearly state the essence and reasoning of their inquiry (if necessary, attach copies of available documents).

According to article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic ‘On the Procedure for Considering Citizens’ Appeals’” dated July 15, 2013, No. 144, a government body has the right not to consider electronic appeals in the following cases:

  • If it contains obscene language or offensive statements;
  • If it incites the overthrow of the existing government or stirs up interethnic or interfaith discord;
  • If the applicant does not provide their contact details—full name, contact phone number (home, mobile, or work), and residential address.

Attention! All fields are mandatory! Please make sure to provide a valid e-mail address. Notifications regarding the status of your appeal will be sent to this e-mail address.
